Estamos buscando un/a Sales Executive con experiencia y conocimiento del mercado publicitario en medios digitales, así como venta de soluciones de marketing y patrocinios. Si vienes de medios de nicho, tendencias, moda o cultura urbana y tienes experiencia vendiendo publicidad, este es tu sitio.
Funciones:
· Venta directa y consultiva de productos publicitarios online, soluciones de marketing y patrocinios de eventos a marcas y agencias de medios, PR y comunicación. Más allá de formatos estándar; vender narrativas. Creación de propuestas que integren branded content, redes sociales, eventos y formatos digitales innovadores.
· Foco en la creación de nuevas oportunidades y negocio con nuevos anunciantes. Así como la fidelización de clientes actuales.
· Alto volumen de reuniones semanales con cuentas estratégicas y de propuestas comerciales. Así como capacidad de cierre y conversión de propuestas en venta.
· Constante búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y contactos con poder de decisión dentro de los potenciales clientes. Mantener una interlocución fluida y constante con planificadores de medios y Brand Managers de las marcas.
· Networking: Asistencia a eventos, presentaciones y ferias para ser la cara visible de Time Out en la escena publicitaria y cultural de Madrid.
· Reporte semanal a dirección.
Requisitos:
· 3 - 5 años de experiencia vendiendo publicidad digital, soluciones de marketing y patrocinios.
· Background clave. Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en medios de tendencias, moda urbana, cultura juvenil o agencias creativas enfocadas en este sector.
· Cartera de clientes en marcas y contactos en agencias de medios.
· Totalmente orientado a ventas y resultados comerciales.
· Dominio del ecosistema digital (KPIs y formatos).
· Valorable conocimiento y contactos en el sector cultural, ocio y gastronómico de Madrid,
· Proactividad, creatividad y actitud.
