ASSISTANT(E) CHEF(FE) DE PROJET – STAGE
Time Out France cherche un(e) assistant(e) chef(fe) de projet pour rejoindre son équipe et accompagner la production de campagnes brand content pour des marques des secteurs de la food, du lifestyle et de la culture. Sous la supervision du directeur général et aux côtés des équipes édito, commerciales et créatives, tu participeras à la coordination, la production et le suivi de projets digitaux et événementiels.
TES MISSIONS
- Coordonner plusieurs projets en parallèle, du brief au bilan final.
- Suivre les étapes de production : conception, validation, mise en ligne, reporting.
- Préparer et animer les réunions de lancement avec les partenaires.
- Gérer les plannings, les budgets et la marge des opérations.
- Assurer la communication entre les équipes internes (vidéo, édito, social, créa).
- Veiller à la qualité des livrables et au respect de la ligne éditoriale Time Out.
- Superviser la publication des contenus (articles, vidéos, posts RS).
- Collaborer avec nos freelances et nos équipes internationales.
TON PROFIL
- Étudiant(e) Bac+4/5 en école de communication, commerce, marketing ou équivalent.
- Organisé(e), curieux(se), efficace, à l’aise en environnement multi-projets.
- Tu comprends les marques et les médias, et tu sais trouver des solutions.
- Maîtrise : Pack Office, Canva, Notion (ou équivalents).
- Un plus si tu t’intéresses à la culture, à la food et à la création sous toutes ses formes.
LES CONDITIONS
- Stage de 6 mois (convention obligatoire)
- Temps plein – 35h/semaine
- 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
- Rémunération : minimum légal
- 50 % du Navigo + tickets resto
- Bureaux dans le 2ᵉ arrondissement de Paris
