Role overview
Time Out Market currently operates over 13 markets worldwide and is expanding very quickly. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Technology in driving technological advancements within the company.
Responsibilities
Project Support:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Technology to deliver successful project outcomes.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle on various technology related tasks - networking, AV, software enrollment.
MSP Management:
Work in tandem with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure optimal support for our existing markets.
Oversee the technical health and performance of market systems.
Technology Optimization:
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to identify opportunities for technology enhancement.
Implement strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge bases.
Align with the broader Time Out Group policies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders, including training and presentations of systems.
Supporting and guiding management and executives to understand the need for change.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all technological operations align with group standards.
New Developments:
Actively participate in the project team meetings to contribute to the development and implementation of new technological solutions and markets.
Skills:
Proven experience in a technical management role (preferably hospitality industry)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems and networking concepts
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams on global scale
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of POS systems and CRM systems
