Descriptif du poste
Ce poste stratégique au sein de l’équipe commerciale de Time Out Paris s'adresse à une personne motivée et expérimentée, capable de monétiser un portefeuille via les agences médias et les relations directes avec les annonceurs.
La personne retenue sera responsable de la génération de revenus à travers l'ensemble des canaux du média (digital, événements, partenariats) tout en veillant à offrir une expérience client optimale. Elle devra faire preuve d'esprit d'initiative et de capacité à atteindre voire dépasser ses objectifs.
Nous recherchons un profil disposant d’une expérience confirmée dans les médias, avec un goût prononcé pour les idées créatives et les solutions expérientielles, au service des annonceurs.
Missions principales
Développement comercial
- Prospecter et fidéliser les clients.
- Élaborer une stratégie pour accroître visibilité, ventes et revenus.
- Suivre les tendances du marché lifestyle/divertissement.
- Proposer des solutions créatives et personnalisées aux annonceurs.
Relation client
- Valoriser Time Out auprès des clients.
- Assurer un suivi réactif et professionnel.
- Comprendre les besoins pour offrir des réponses adaptées.
- Gérer efficacement les conflits.
Suivi & reporting
- Gérer le pipeline commercial et faire des prévisions.
- Assurer un reporting rigoureux.
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs fixés.
Compétences et profil recherché
Compétences requises :
- Excellente présentation, élocution fluide, sens commercial affirmé.
- Expérience en marketing digital et vente en programmatique.
- Capacité à construire et piloter des activations complexes.
- Solide réseau d’annonceurs / agences.
- Connaissance du média et de ses canaux (digital, social, event).
