Reporting to: Ad Operations Lead, APAC About the role:
The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading a team of campaign coordinators and together running all VIP campaign needs for clients while providing project, content and support to the Time Out Australia commercial team. The role is based in Sydney.
The Campaign Manager (CM) is responsible for managing every aspect of campaign needs for clients. Above all, you will be responsible for managing, coaching and growing the skills of the campaign coordinators in both Sydney and Melbourne. You will be the bridging gap between internal and external Time Out stakeholders, ensuring that we successfully deliver campaigns.
The CM will provide services to our clients across all Time Out product platform ranges. Once the deal has been pitched, sold and closed by the commercial team, it is then tasked to the campaign team to bring it to life. The CM will also serve as the primary point of escalation for all Time Out Australia campaigns.
Key role requirements and tasks:
Organisational skills are critical to the role
Have great interpersonal communication skills
Meticulous when it comes to detail and great problem solving skills
Able to work directly with all clients to achieve their KPIs and expectations
Proactively introduce system efficiencies to improve general campaign activity and performance
Conduct weekly campaign delivery meetings with internal production team and occasionally lead campaign production meetings for larger campaigns as required
You should be able to provide general ad operations support, troubleshooting and guidance ensuring the campaign team has the tools to meet campaign goals at all times
Ensure campaign implementation follows guidelines
Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously
Ability to move fast and deal with multiple priorities at any given time
Understanding of general tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CRM applications, Ads Manager Parsley, Looker, Adpoint experience is not critical but would be viewed favourably
Access and analyse performance data for post campaign reporting.
Sign off on post campaign reporting for all large campaigns.
